If you’re here it’s probably because you recognise that you don’t currently have a peaceful relationship with food, or your body, or likely both.

You may have spent years yo-yo dieting, feeling unhappy about the size and/or shape of your body; with a cupboard full of clothes in different sizes; dreading Mondays, because that’s when you’ve vowed you’ll ‘be good’- by eating less, restricting or eliminating certain foods, and starting an exercise regime. Maybe you eat secretly, and have overwhelming feelings of shame and guilt. You may even have resigned yourself to a life of body misery.

Well I have good news for you. It IS possible to be free from diets, obsession with what, when and how much to eat, and feeling at peace with your body and food. Believe me, if I can do it, you can do it too!

I can guide and support you from wherever you are now, to the point where your urge to eat when you’re not hungry (or the urge not to eat when you are hungry) evapourates.

I work in a gentle, non-judgemental way. This is for you, if you want to deal with your food and body issues, and create a different relationship with yourself, your body, food, the people in your life, and life itself! It’s not for you, if you want to lose 10lbs in 2 weeks, or fit into that outfit for a special occasion. Learn more here.

If you want to find out if this is for you, read my eBook and get in touch with me about a free 60 minute Discovery Session.

Book a Discovery Session

A Discovery Session is specially for people who are tired of battling with their weight, fed up with yo-yo dieting, emotional eating and obsessive thinking about their body and food. We spend a full 60 minutes together, where we explore where you are now, what you want instead, and discover some of the challenges that are in your way. By the end of this session you’ll know if working with me is a good fit for you, and I’ll know if you’re a good fit for me. Book it here.

Testimonials

I certainly have taken it on board and have peacefully lost over a stone now I’m glad to say. I haven’t denied myself chocolate, biscuits or cream/meringue with fruit and I haven’t gone as far as exercising either! It hasn’t been difficult with the right mindset. Whenever people notice the weight loss I always mention Peaceful Eating so your ears might have been burning! You may well be the butterfly that flaps its wings Vania!
