A Discovery Session is for people who are tired of battling with their weight, fed up with yo-yo dieting, emotional eating and obsessive thinking about their body and food and seeking support to help resolve these issues.

We spend a full 60 minutes together, where we explore where you are now, what you want instead, and discover some of the challenges that are in your way.

By the end of this session you’ll know if working with me is a good fit for you, and I’ll know if you’re a good fit for me.

We can do this online, or in person in East Sussex, UK.
