Who am I and why should you trust me?
If you don't know anything about me yet - my name is Vania Phitidis, founder of Peaceful Eating. I'm a BACP-registered counsellor and psychotherapist with a Humanistic Creative Counselling Diploma, and I hold a B.A. in Psychology and an M.Sc. in Education for Sustainability with a focus on behaviour change.
I'm a registered Intuitive Eating Counsellor and certified MB-EAT (Mindfulness-Based Eating Awareness Training) teacher. I take a Health At Every Size (HAES), weight-inclusive and weight-neutral approach to my work.
With over 25 years of experience, I have had the privilege of coaching hundreds of people to become more of their authentic selves.
